Culture of Inclusion Stress Test

Thank you for taking the PROPEL Culture of Inclusion Stress Test. There are 10 statements about how people in your organization would respond to different aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion work. Your job is to indicate how strongly you agree or disagree with each statement, when thinking about your organization.

We recognize it's hard to give a single answer about your organization as a whole, given that different individuals there would respond very differently to the same situation, but this is only a stress test, not a full assessment. Just make the generalization that fees most accurate about your organization overall.
